Window Shopping: Winter Accessories

Hey guys, it’s been awhile. I’ve basically been hibernating for the past two weeks because it’s been just so cold in New Jersey. Taking my dog out in the morning has been brutal, and in the evenings all I’ve wanted to do is cuddle up underneath a blanket with netflix and a scented candle. I’ve tried to be productive with my homebody attitude though, and I managed to deep clean my entire apartment and get into meal prepping for the week. I feel like I took January to get myself set up for success for the rest of the year. We’ve still got over a month of cold weather left and when I do leave my apartment I make sure to bundle up against the chill. I love the Kate Spade fox hat for winter. Most of my coats are very neutral, and when i wear them with jeans and either black or brown boots it can get a bit boring, but the adorable fox on the beanie would add a touch of whimsy to a very basic winter outfit. I’m also really into the plaid blanket scarf. As long as the plaid or tartan isn’t Christmas colors specifically, I love carrying those prints into January and February. Plaid doesn’t have to hibernate after the holidays! The scarf is a perfect way to look put together but still very cozy. Bundling up against the cold can still be cute and fun!
